How does it work?

Important to know!

All classes are held online at any time convenient for you according to the availability of your trainer’s schedule.
The assigned time with your trainer can be divided into several sessions.
Classes can be held in Russian or English according to your choice
At the end of the course, you need to take the final test. In case of successful results you will receive a certificate of completion

With a trainer together you will:

create an individual training plan based on your skills and experience.
make a competent presentation with an emphasis on your strengths.
identify the motivation your potential employer needs and expects; prepare the best answer to the question “Why do you want to work for us?”.
prepare a competent resume in the desired format (each employer has its own requirements and preferences).
get recommendations and examples on how to prepare references from your previous employers.

During the courses:

You will receive the most extensive list of potential interview questions.
You will prepare with the trainer your unique and non-standard answers to standard questions – “Tell us about yourself” and “Why do you need this job?”.
You will prepare answers to questions about your position – to look professional and impress the interviewer.
You will practice the interview, taking into account the requirements of the employer (requests and priorities for all companies are different).

It depends on your experience in the desired position, level of English and learning ability. On average, starting from the very basics the most comfortable training time will be 2-4 weeks. If you have similar work experience in desired position, it will take less than that.

No. Trainers are automatically assigned by the learning platform.

Yes, if you successfully pass a professional course, you will be issued an official certificate. However, if you do not collect the required score, you will have to take the test again.

Passing courses does not guarantee you getting a job offer. The results will depend only on how hard you study, on your level of readiness, and your performance during the interview. However, passing courses and having consultations with a trainer is a great advantage and increases your chances of getting a job. The trainers will support you each step of the way, but the end result depends on your dedication and learning abilities.

Our courses are designed to help you prepare for a cruise job interview. Therefore, they are easy to learn. Courses contain video lectures, interactive pictures, text lectures and tests to check your knowledge.

It depends on which vacancy you are applying for. For example, if you are applying for a waiter position, you need to pass successfully a free hospitality course, a professional course, an interview preparation course, and possibly a perfect CV course. Please consult your trainer to decide which courses are recommended for you.

The course will help you increase your chances substantially to pass the interview, improve your knowledge and skills as well as get the experience that you are lacking.

Single course takes 1-2 weeks of studying. Economy package courses take up to 45 days. Standard package courses and sessions with a trainer take up to 60 days, however possible to complete sooner. Premium package courses and sessions with a trainer take up to 90 days, however possible to complete sooner.
